Daekeun joined Burson Marsteller in August of 2010 from Shout Communications, with over 10 years of experience. Daekeun has broad experience across IT, online gaming and the automotive industries. He has worked with both multinationals communicating in Korea, and Korean companies communicating overseas. Daekeun enjoys keeping time, and boasts an impressive collection of watches, from digital to analog timepieces. He also has an impressive set of singing pipes, and is a member of a glee club for which he performs in a concert every year.
Jerry Ryu, Senior Associate
Jerry joined Burson Marsteller in October of 2010. He brings BM over nine years of experience across finance, corporate, CSR and technology practice areas. Jerry is well versed in developing communications strategies for multinational companies communicating in Korea, as well as Korean companies communicating overseas. Jerry currently manages international communications for LG Electronics. Jerry is a ‘Jack-of-all-trades’ when it comes to fitness. He enjoys exercise of all kinds from yoga to dance to cross-training.
Nicolle Kuritsky, Associate
Nicolle joined Burson Marsteller in November of 2010. She has been working in public relations in Seoul for the last 3 years, and joined BM from Edelman. She has expertise with the Seoul-based international media, as well as with strategic international communications. Nicolle grew up in La Paz, Bolivia and loves to travel. She has traveled to, and within, approximately 40 countries—and South Korea marks the fourth country in which she has lived.
Daechul joined Burson Marsteller in October, and currently works across the office’s digital and IT practice areas. Daechul has expertise in the social and digital media arenas, having planned and executed various social media marketing projects and campaigns. Daechul is an IT enthusiast, with a particular liking to Apple products. A cinematic enthusiast, Daechul is an avid collector of DVDs and boasts a collection of over 500 films!
